I struggle with depression and I had to make a decision to either stay locked away, and self harm or find balance and a way to deal with my mental health issues. __I struggle opening up and believe me it took a lot from me to write this lol__
I use methods such as writing down my feelings on both my happy days and sad days. I also make use of the gym as my escape from my mind.__
A note pad and a pen plus headphones, boxing gloves and dumbells a day helps me recenter my focus and I also achieve a healthy lifestyle by trying to stay fit.____________________________________

Body conditioning and Flexibility
A Healthier You
I do a workout program for every private session with you.
After our workout season, stretching and flexibility will be offered at the end of our workout session.
Time: 30minutes to 1hour sessions a day.
Equipments used: Jump rope. Boxing pads. Dumbells. Slam ball. Yoga balls. Elastic rubber bands.
What you need: Boxing gloves, dedication to yourself and do it for you. Your health matters.

I can advice on food supplements to take that will help keep you full till lunch time, supplements to drink before and after your workout, meal prep and food suggestions for your desired healthy diet.
